We are sooooo excited to announce our Spring Concert - STARS & STRIPES! It's going to be a spectacular show!!!!

Before we get into the detailed information about our shows, please know that the entire week leading up to the show is full of important and exciting activities. We DO NOT hold classes the week of concert due to holding a banquet and our required dress rehearsal.
The LAST week of classes will be April 27th-May 1st. The last week of rehearsal is extremely important! All the teachers will go over bows for the show and make any necessary last minute changes. If your dancer misses they may not be in the final bow, and/or miss very important info to feel prepared for our once a year show. Please remember that if your dancer is absent the last week of classes before our big performance they will be charged a $25 fee for missing (we understand there are unforeseen circumstances, so please reach out ASAP if your dancer needs to miss).

*A quick note about concert tickets - in previous years we offered a limited number of complimentary tickets per dancer/family as a part of their concert fee. This season we moved away from that model in an effort to simplify and streamline the ticket selection and purchasing process for families, while also allowing guests to reserve seats in advance rather than using general admission.​
​
To support this change, we reduced the concert fee by nearly half, giving families the flexibility to purchase only the tickets they need instead of having ticket costs built into the dancer fee.
​

Wednesday, May 6th
Premier End of Year Banquet

YOU are invited! Parents, dancers and family members are welcome! We will be doing an end of year banquet to celebrate our amazing year. We will give out awards, watch some special performances, re-live some memories, AND eat dinner together.
This year we are having our meal catered. Banquet tickets are included in your dancer's concert fee and additional banquet tickets costs will be based on age (adult/young adult attendee vs child ages 12 & under) to cover the cost of the venue and dinner. To help our cater with numbers, we need everyone to register and pay by Monday, April 20th. Please fill out the form even if it will be just your dancer attending so we can have an accurate food count.

Please note: all dancers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. You're welcome to arrange for your dancer to attend with a fellow dance friend and their family, but drop-offs are not permitted. It's important that every dancer is accounted for by a responsible adult to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Thursday, May 7th
Premier Dress Rehearsal 4-8:30pm at Premier Ballroom Academy
We will be holding a dress rehearsal from 4-8:30pm at the studio
​

Little Rubies, Pee Wee Showcase Comp, Special Needs, & K-Pop 12-Week Course dancers will be excused at 5pm
-
Since this is only a dress rehearsal dancers DO NOT need to come with hair and makeup done.

Please send them with a sack lunch/dinner and snacks so they have a chance to eat something during the rehearsal.

Holding this rehearsal is VERY important. It helps the dancers learn transitions from piece-to-piece AND helps our "quick changers" that dance in multiple groups figure out their timing.

We STILL need volunteers! Parents will sign up to volunteer through Studio Pro.

Schedule for Dancers:
​
​9am - ALL dancers are dropped off 100% ready (Hair and Makeup DONE!) at West Field High School (Parents are NOT allowed to wait for the show to start. Sorry for the inconvenience!).
10:30am - Doors open for the first show
11am - FIRST SHOW
​
***We would like to do a Pizza Party between the two shows. Please send $2 per dancer to help cover the pizza and drinks. We recommend you send your dancers with snacks and a water bottle.
1:30pm - Doors open for second show
2pm - SECOND SHOW
​
***Dancers will be excused after the second show once their teams costumes have been put away, and their area picked up. We expect to be done, cleaned up, and ready to load costumes at 5/5:30pm.

Note for Senior Dancers/Parents:
​
We are so excited to celebrate your seniors! Each year we set up a display table at the Banquet AND Concert to celebrate our seniors. You can set out pictures, achievements in dance or other activities/hobbies, and anything else you feel would help celebrate them.
​
Please bring your display to the banquet (Wednesday, May 6th) and plan on setting it up between 5:00-6:00pm and to the concert (Saturday, May 9th) between 8:30am-9:30am.
